Which Dutch laws refer to mold in rented flat?

I'm a foreign worker and two weeks ago I moved into a flat provided by the employment agency with who I have a contract; unfortunately, the bathroom walls are covered with mold. An agency employee has already seen it and hasn't done anything, so I'm considering informing an institution like SNF to intervene.
