What to do about a non-competition clause?

I am currently employed by a recruitment company with a non-competition clause in my employment contract, restricting me from working for a different recruitment company for 24 months after termination. I am considering working for a different recruitment company and would like to seek legal advice on the implications of this non-competition clause.
