What is the procedure in family reunion under asylum seeker?
Hello, I'm 26 years old girl from Syria.
I got my positive decision from IND for my asylum seeking on 15/March/2022.
I asked VWN about family reunion for my parents, they said that in my case the application period is open and I'm not obliged to apply within 3 months of my positive decision. And thru said that this application may cost 200 euro per person.
I asked on Facebook group for family reunion to look for people with similar experiences and they said that VWN gave me a partial true information because in case I will apply with an open application period I must have job, housing, and many other conditions too. But there's some other kind of application which is family reunion under asylum seeking but in this case I must apply within 3 months of my positive decision.
I'm a bit confused and lost, I've searched on IND website and VWN website and there's nothing mentioned about family reunion for parents of non minor son or daughter.
Could you please help and advise about what is the procedure, the conditions, and the requested documents? Can I apply by myself or should the application done by VWN exclusively? If I can apply by myself and needed a lawyer but still live in AZC and have no job or housing yet, should I also pay for the lawyer by myself or is this covered as same as in the asylum procedure?
