VvE en renovatie

Association of owners promotes appartment complex renovation plan for approx. EUR 10 mln. They want to borrow money to finance (for approx. 2% interest). This EUR +100 000 per appartment. This costs EUR +300-500 per appartment per month for 30 years to pay the loan. I own an appratment in the complex and do not want this renovation, neither borrowing. How can I achieve this? Say 'no' of meeting of owners?
