Should I file a formal complaint against my tax professional?
I have a complaint against my tax professional that I'm considering filing formally with De Raden van Tucht en Beroep: https://app.klachtregeling.nl/rb/procedure
However, if De Raden find that my complaint is ungrounded, they take € 200 from me. So I only want to file a complaint if there is a good chance that my complaint will be successful, especially since my complaint only concerns ~€80.
De Raden said they're not able to advise if I should file a complaint, they can only rule on the complaint once I file it. They recommended I reach out to you for advice.
Are you able to advise if you think my complaint has a chance at being successful? I have the rules against which my complaint will be judged, attached here: https://app.klachtregeling.nl/downloads/rb/Reglement_Beroepsuitoefening_RB.pdf
and I can forward you my email exchange with the tax company from which the complaint comes from. It's not a particularly complicated case, just a few emails, and I can point out which rules I think apply to my case, if it would be helpful.
