Seeking help with suspicious agency

I am a Syrian refugee. I have registered in Website called, https://www.reizendeals.nl/ out of curiosity and looking for a travel deal. However, the registration process was so basic and without any payment information or credential personal information except for (Fist name, last name, phone number and address). Therefore, I did not take the website seriously, I press on a (bid option) then after reconsidering the whole situation, I sensed that the website is a scam. After a significant amount of time, I accidentally opened my Email which I rarely use. To be surprised by an Email from a debt collecting agency (Straetus) asking me to pay an amount of 2571 Euro. Bear in mind the fact that I have never received any phone call or a post letter to confirm anything related to the bid. Furthermore, I did not receive anything in terms of travel confirmation not a one single reservation, neither ticket. Now, as they claim in the Pdf document that they sent that I owe to (Straetus) 2571 Euro without any previous knowledge about the whole situation.
Kindly and desperately, I feel so overwhelmed and seeking your help and guidance since I am a student and I have a low student income (DUO).
