Secretly audio recording on job as proof for racist behavior?

Hereby i have situation while working.
The company has site regulations of English language.
Recently i've been sensing many people from the Polish community on a high position speaking our names in Polish and discussing everything related to the business in Polish.
Am i allowed to record them as a proof for rasict behavior on the job?
