Rights when being let go from company?
I am working for 5 years for a dutch company with an 80% permanent contract. The company decided to kill my department while we were working on a funded project. My contract predicts a more than 2 month in the case of being let go.
I would like to know my rights in this situation and I have already read a few articles on uwv, but I need an advice.
The company proposed to me a mutual termination.
Am I entitled to ask for remunaration and what would be fair? Should my holiday allowance be paid in full? Am I entitled to unemployment if I accept ?
