Rental deposit problems

I moved from France to Amsterdam in January, and in the meantime I found a proper flat, I sub-rent a flat for a month. With the landlord we agreed with a proper contract, which states that she will be to return my deposit within the two weeks following the end of the contract (31/01/2024).
Since then, the landlord has not return my deposit regardless my numerous requests.
