Previous boss did not pay for one rate of insurance in 2022?

Hi, I have worked for 1 year in G. in Elshout in Nederlands from 2021 till 2022 and in the of my job I was sick for about 2 weeks but my boss did not pay a rate of my insurance (Zorg). I have still received a letter from Zorg health care insurance that they can pay a money for sickness but they still di not see any payment from my previous boss for that insurance.
