Online store not refund 100% of the price?
I need help.
I bought the product for the amount of 175.69 euro. Within 14 days, I informed the store that I wanted to return the product intact. I received the reply "The supplier will check the state the kit is in to estimate the resale value and notify us. For this there will be processing costs of 20% . What is ultimately credited depends on the condition of the item after delivery to the supplier". Also I must send product to Germany. I want to get my money back in 100%. What can I do?
