Molding room because of defect ventilation pipe.

My landlord was supposed to fix a ceiling ventilation in december as if it was raining, the water came through. They sent someone do to that, and it turned out the reason it was soaking through, was that there were leaves on the roof (horizontal) and the water collected there. The only thing that was done however was that they removed the ventilation cover, and now it is just a pipe that lets humidity and cold air into the room. The pipe goes to the kitchen, however as my room is on the other side of the wall nearest, the humidity has grown that bad, that I now have several molding spots in my room. As I am not the first tenant, I asked my flatmate to contact the landlord and ask for it to be fixed (I have done it a few times), however she claims that they will not do that. The mold has become very bad, and I have constant itchy eyes from that amongst other things. Therefore even if it will be by a miracle fixed some time, I am still suffering damage on my health and am very worried about that.
In addition, there is a window which does not close properly in our living room and my roommate says that the landlord will not fix it, as he still hasnt got money from the previous tenants, who broke that (she has been living in the apartment over 1 year). Hence, in addition to the mold, our apartment is constantly cold, as there are two places, where the wind just comes through and basically we just pay for heating the outside.
