Landlord overcharged us 15454€ against the contract
I have several issues with my landlord.
1. He wants to kick us out to finance his house in Australia. I have a permanent contract.
2. Despite saying no because I am pregnant and in no position to move, he keeps insisting and it has become an issue for my sleep.
3. According to my rent contract, signed in 2011, my landlord should have only be raised the same as the CPI, but he has never followed it.
So since 2011 my rent has gone up 41.5% instead of 16.6%.
4. This year he wants to raise 12.8%, instead the legal 3.3%.
5. He is suggesting that i sign a new contract with a new agent he will hire to manage the apartment.
Do you have any lawyer that is invested in his/her work and has the conviction to fight and win?
