Is my rental contract safe?

I have been recently admitted into Tilburg University. I am expecting to start my first year this fall, and as an international student, I have started looking for accomodation, as I want to find the perfect apartment as soon as possible. I have heard that certain issues may arise when renting an apartment as an foreigner, so I asked the university for some guidance, and they sent me over to your agency for consulting services. I have recently managed to find an amazing apartment, and after discussing with the landlord, she has sent me the renting contract, because we both agree on it. My question is: how can I check if my renting contract is safe? Is there any way I can access legal assistance from your company in reviewing this document?
