Is everything okay with my rental contract?

I am about to move into a new apartment with my partner and we have received a contract, however none of us speak Dutch and we have doubts as to whether the English version of the contract is fully correct. Therefore, we were wondering if we could send our contract to you to make sure there is nothing unusual in it. Thank you for your answer in advance.
