Indefinite Contract Settlement Agreement?

My employment has been terminated, my employer is offering me a settlement agreement. I would like to get assessment to understand if this is the best option for me and the next steps.
I have worked there for 2 years and 4 months. They are offering me 2 months of employment without having to do any tasks. After that a severance compensation of 3 salaries plus the transition allowance of 2/3 of salary plus 3 months of health insurance.
