Ik wil dat hij aansprakelijk is voor dit. zeker omdat hij heeft gezegt dat andere hebben ook van de stoel gevallen, en de mevrouw die de telefoon antwoordt heeft gezegt dat ze zelf heeft van de stoel gevallen en haar arm gebroken.
Ik ben nog nieuw in Nederland dus ik weet niet de best manier om dit te doen. Ik kan nu ook natuurlijk niet op de fiets en dus voor werk zal ik hebben extra kosten om naar werk te gaan.

Wat naar voor u. Beterschap! U kunt de tandarts formeel via aangetekende brief aansprakelijk stellen en sommeren al uw schade te vergoeden. Hij is daarvoor verantwoordelijk (hij moet er voor zorgen dat u niet kunt vallen) en ook verzekerd als het goed is. Als u er niet uitkomt, kunt u een jurist inschakelen. Die kosten moet men ook vergoeden. Neem gerust vrijblijvend contact met me op.
