What should I do if my company is not paying my salary?
I have a contract like sales assistant until end of June 2013 and normaly i get paied the 25th of each month. This month they said that they are having some problem with the internet banking and I did not recived my salary yet.
I think they are lying to me because some of my colleagues are been paid...
Can you suggest me the first step to do to have my salary?

The first thing you should do is request for your salary in writing, so that you have formally done a request. Hopefully your employer will pay your salary then. If that is not the case, you can contact me. If a lawyer requests for your salary, it is my experience that they will pay quicker. I can also request for you interest and a sum because of the late payment. If this doesn´t has the right effect, I can file a request to the court to get your salary, the interest and the sum because of the late payment collected.
