I got scammed/frauded by a friend who made up a fake investment website and lost some money. I already called the policeman but they said I paid the money out of the free will. However, I paid the money because my friend lied to me and he disappears now. How can I persuade the policeman that this is a scam, not an investment? Thank you very much.
