How to demand switching on electricity and heating cut by the Landlord threatening by eviction?

I kindly ask for your attention to the critical situation with all kind of not official attempts to evict me from the fiat.
I live at the apartment rented on the name of my spouse since Aug’17 after our marriage in Aug’20. 5 m ago my spouse went to Poland and later to Ireland. Only recently it became obvious that he needs to come back to the Netherlands but without me in the flat. His ultimate proposal was to buy me a ticket to Easter Ukraine where live my few relatives. With a purpose to organize annulment of the marriage. Any other proposals were declined. This disrupts my search for job and moving to independent place of life.
According to the Law, as an official spouse and co-tenant of the rented apartment I normally should have equal rights and taking into account below mentioned points there is no reason for eviction and agressive actions from the landlord side. In which way I should act to stop not justified eviction demands, threatenings, blaming and like now switched off electricity and heating.
Key objections: :
1. I didn’t receive from any side an official termination letter of the actual agreement from Aug’2017 and didn’t agree to that;
2. There were no discussion and agreement between me and my spouse about termination of the agreement, only it’s cession which didn’t happen;
3. There were no delays with payments until October. Additionally I paid as requested in cash 1400 € in August and 1000€ in September with a rebate due to reparation works happening at the appartement to stop flooding since 6m water from the neighbors upstairs. My comments about damaged by water laptop remained unanswered.
Apart of that after July 2021 my spouse transferred 7000€ and there is also 1 months deposit 💸 .
4. There were no delays with payment and I can’t receive any official document with a date when (if) the contract was terminated. It has been confirmed by my spouse that there was an agreement between him and Landlord to evict me since already 2m. And make renovation for the money I paid in cash. Hopefully 80% (1900€ by Ideal).
Just now during my video call our landlord together with a locksmith master started to unblock the entrance door to our apartment.
I stopped work and opened the door. In response I was told that I have 5 days to leave the flat and was asked to return a key from the technical room, only from where only its possible to switch on or off electricity and internet. I was demanded to give back a key from the technical room where located the panel of electricity control, it was mentioned that I don’t have a right for that key and mit was only for my spouse.
This is nonsense, especially taking into account that the Landlord took already from me the 2nd pair of keys 2 m ago while still getting payments. That was the 2nd cut off of the electricity since 2 days when it was cut off together with internet. I fixed electricity than. Now I don’t have access to the panel.
If he won’t switch it on I’m gonna stay without electricity and hot water for the next days. I asked as well based on what Im demanded to leave in 5 days. He just told me if I don’t leave he unlocks the door and throw away my belongings, me and my cat in the street. I’m threatened, confused and trying to find out what to do. My Dutch friend sent me your page.
I would appreciate getting feedback from your side as this situation is getting really critical and requires sos actions to prevent not legal eviction and leaving me in flat without any conditions to work or live.
