How can I cancel my kitchen contract?
I am not from Netherlands and recently relocated here for job. I ordered a kitched and signed a contract on Saturday and cancelled same night. When I was in the shop I was forced to sign contract saying prices will change etc etc and you have to decide now and sign. I asked whether I can cancel signed contract, whether it is binding and the shop person said no in Netherlands there is always 2 days cooling off period and you can cancel. Now I am afraid after reading online that the kitchen shops charge 30% if we cancel order. How can I save myself from any penalty?

In some cases, it is possible to cancel the agreement. It depends on all kinds of circumstances, such as the reason for cancellation, what is stated in the agreement but also what is stipulated in the general terms and conditions.
