I recently joined an Amrican network marketing company called W...... that operates in Holland as well. I would like to know how can I check if this is legal here or not.

It looks like this is illegal in The Netherlands, because of the Dutch law and case law our Supreme Court, that forbids this kind of multilevel marketing. You can read a lot of information about this (in Dutch) on http://nl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Piramidespel. Kind regards,
