Hello
I've rented house from "makkelaar" I've signed contract for 2 years . After 2 years contract contract expired. Last week i gave back keys from the house and signed closing papers .That house was given back, paper was signed by agency .
Few days later i received later that i will not get my borg back .
Because i broke some contract article .I was not informed before that i broke some articales
Every descision which i made during rent period was discussed with landlord . Now he is trying to keep my borg .
I fought that borg is ammount of money which save goods inside house during rent period ? . Do i have any rights in this case ?

Dear questionar,
Do You have any idea what kind of breach of the contract is presented to You?
Posibble is that You have ended the contract to late? Coud You be more specific about the arguments of the landlord/ makelaar and the articles?

Normally as a contracts legally ends, you have to get your finance back after a maximum awaiting periode of two months in case there is incoming invoice from elektricity, water or inter/telefone supplie compagnies.

Contract was endend exactly after 2 years .Landlord use following arguments .
- Old furniture were removed but . Landloard agreed this with us via phone call
- There was one more person registrated , than it should be according to contract rules and this is fact , but maximum number of people living there never cross maximum number which was in contract .
-Agency blame us that we replaced locks . But Locks where replaced by agency at first day of renting period .

Before i had no signals from agency or Landlord . They have also signed papers "Ondertekend inspectierapport vertrekkende huurder".
And there You cant find any fault or missing goods.

You will have to think aboutsending the makelaar a legal note (with some) help); depending ofcourse on the borg, how much is it that the makelaar wil not return? I am willing to help you sent your makelaar an offical legal note that forces him to pay the borg back to you. See the direct contact knop.

If you can prove the facts, the borg should be returned to you. For costs sake, it is advisable to try and settle the matter directly with your landlord.
