I have a question about mortgage advisor. I am in the process of buying the house. At some moment our mortgage broker stopped answering phone calls and emails. It is not possible to reach him and he calls back a couple times a week saying that he was busy. This week he stopped replying any calls at all and just sent a short message saying that he is ill with Corona. THe deadline on our contract is approaching and I would like to know what I can do in this case? If I miss the deadline and bank will not approva mortgage who is going to pay the penalty? Can I complain to somebody on the bad service of my broker?
