Hairdresser's complaint
I made an appointment for a haircut and colouring at a hair salon. The haircut is good but the colouring completely failed. The colour was supposed to be grey and after a week it was gone, despite using the products specified by the salon and buying a special hair conditioner for this type of hair at the salon. Can I claim a refund for the colouring? I don't want the salon to try and fix it as I don't have the time or inclination. I paid by card but lost my receipt. Is the receipt from the bank the basis for a claim?
