False marriage in Indonesia

I am married with a Indonesian woman, last marriage she had was a false marriage, this ex husband of her obtained the false documents of marriage without declaring this to the marriage center there in South of Jakarta. We already have this document which says that it is a false marriage. With this document we went there in Indonesia to the ministry of justice for making us able to bring our small kid which is the result of this former sham marriage. From there, Indonesian ministry of justice we find out that this procedure can take almost one year. Please can you help me, I want to bring our kids here.
