Fair compensation?

Yesterday I've been fired from a company.
My employee contract has been renewed last June 2023, for another year period and yesterday I've received a separation agreement for next October 31st, 2023 announcing the company needs to reorganize and cut costs in order to address economic challenges.
My company is offering an extra compensation fee, and I have to take a decision if I agree and sign it before next September 11th.
However, I would like to verify if this compensation is fair or if I should request a better deal beforehand.

Could you please let me know, which kind of information do you need from my side in oder to provide you with the right documents?
(Contract, Separation Agreement, Payslips...etc)
