Extra amount of money after three years
I have lived in the Netherlands as an international student since 2019.
Recently, I have received bills for service costs covering the years 2021 and 2022, amounting to a substantial sum. I was unaware of these charges and had specifically requested this information upon vacating the premises. To my surprise, after three years, I have been presented with an invoice totaling approximately 5000 euros, with the service costs for 2023 still pending, leaving me concerned about the potential additional charges.
I wish I could receive this extra amount after the first year then, I would search for another place.
I started to negotiate with them about installments but it does not mean that I agree with the situation trying to find a solution and not paying the fine ( because I heard they are working with a debt collector).
