Employer gives me half of the money of minimal wage?
I started working as a waiter for a restaurant. I am 21 years old so my salary is around 12 euros per hour.
I worked for 12 and half hours and the employer said I was not fit for the restaurant. When I went to get my money he gave me 70 euros in cash and said that he cannot give me more money due to my lack of experience. This amount of money sums up to 5.6 euros per hour. I tried to argue because i felt that was unprofessional, since the agreement was that my salary will be 12 euros per hour.
I would be happy to solve the issue because unfairnesness as those should be justified.
