Employee rights Netherland law?

I am facing some problems in performing my job function with my existing employer due to some issues with the leader/manager. The issues are mostly technical which turns out to be personal by the leader with the support of the manager resulting in bullying, harassment, and threatening. It causes me severe health and psychological issues in performing the job. All the issues are recorded and informed to management. So far it looks like a hostile environment and continuously punished by sabotaging and undermining the services, and due to ill practices that give the clear mindset of them to null my performance intentionally and fabricate the evidence before taking serious action which has been already communicated and raised the red flag to management.
Moreover, a personal attack is continuous via email or verbal from time to time. As I know I did not do any wrongful act and I am cleared in vision, therefore, now I gave a grievance call to HR due to the failure of the manager /leader role. My experience indicates or forced to think about dealing with them on 29th August [3 (company personnel VS. 1 (me)] on the upcoming week shall not be transparent therefore, I seek your advice about employee rights as per Netherland law and in case I force to accept their false allegation (as expected) that what is the option for me to protect my rights and avoid further damages.

I would like to discuss your legal case. To initiate this discussion, please do not hesitate to contact me: info@dutchlawadvice.com.
