Do I get a Strafblad for Feitcode F121B?
I got a Strafbeschikking for F121B: Aangebroken flessen met alcoholhoudende drank bij zich hebben op een openbare plaats. I violated the AP verordening voor de gemeente Maastricht 2006. The fine is 100€. On the Strafbeschikking it says I might get a justietiele documentatie. Is there actually a chance/risk I will get a Strafblad from this?
In this instance you shouldn't get a mention on your criminal record as it's a minor offence and the fine is below 130 euros. Before the 1st of january 2021 this limit was 100 euro's. So you might see different answers on the internet depending on when it was written.
Article 3 of "Besluit justitiële en strafvorderlijke gegevens" says minor offences for which you get fine for less than 130 euros from "het Openbaar Ministerie" are not mentioned on the criminal record (unless it's a specific minor offence, which this one isn't).
