Hello,
I received an email from my ex landlord a month after i had left the house, returned the keys and agreed with the landlord and the makelaar that everything;s in great condition. In the email he mentions damages that he found and he said he;s gonna keep 1/3 from the deposits to repair the damages. There is nothing from the inspection that happened the day i returned the keys , there are photos from the day I moved in the house 1,5 year ago.
I spoke with the makelaar that was there during the last inspection and he also agreed with me that everything was ok and the landlord shall return the money to me.
i had a conversation with a colleague of yours and he suggested to contact a letter and send it to him.
I need your help for this. I'm not sure who to contact about it, but I'd appreciate your help.
Thank you in advance.
Best regards,

Seems to me the rental object is delivered back in good condition. Afterwards it is not possible for the Landlord to reduce the deposit on grounds he could have seen/ better, must have seen on the day of the inspection. Please contact me for a legal notice in a letter or e-mail ,
the usually back off then.
