Contribution amount for housing and living?

I trust this letter finds you in good health. I am writing regarding one of my legal residence matters that is immensely linked to my employment, and I would greatly appreciate your assistance in understanding its contents.

Approximately a month ago, I secured a job at M. Last week, I attended two meetings—one addressing municipal matters and the other focusing on determining the financial contribution required for housing and living expenses that I am obligated to pay to the COA.
During these meetings, I was informed that I am required to contribute 50% of my salary towards these expenses, with the payment directed to (COA), as mandated by government regulations. Furthermore, there was an indication that this financial contribution is tied to potential support from the municipality. According to the information provided, once this financial contribution is made, the municipality would extend its assistance.
However, I am facing a challenge in reconciling the information received from COA individuals. On one occasion, I was told to contribute 300 Euros from my salary of 2000 Euros, while on another occasion, a different COA representative indicated a contribution of 1000 Euros, leaving me confused about the correct amount.
I am reaching out to you because I am uncertain about the accuracy of this information, and I would greatly appreciate your expertise in clarifying whether such a legal requirement exists. Additionally, I would like to understand if the municipality's support is genuinely contingent upon the specified financial contribution that I am required to give from my salary.

I have attached the document received from the COA that outlines the specifics of the financial contribution I need to make and the related responsibilities. Your assistance in this regard would mean a lot to me.
