Comply with Dutch law before attending overseas court hearings online?

I relocated from Singapore to the Netherlands in May this year. In June, I began legal proceedings in Singapore's Small Claims Tribunal against my former property manager in Singapore for withholding my rental deposit without just cause.
The Singapore State Courts have thus far accommodated my request to attend the hearings virtually but have also informed me that I must comply with the relevant Dutch law(s) before it can proceed with the trial. More details can be found here: https://epd2021-statecourts.judiciary.gov.sg/part-viii-evidence-witnesses-affidavits-and-exhibits#59-giving-of-evidence-by-person-outside-singapore-through-live-video-live-television-or-live-audio-l
I'd like to find out how I can start the process of compliance in this case, so I can submit proof of my compliance to the Singapore State Courts and proceed with the trial. Thank you.
