Claim compensation from insurance after accident?
I had a car hit me while I was cycling, and I hit my head on the floor. Had to take 7 stitches and some skin glue on my hairline. It was 100% the driver's fault and the police went there to register the event.
I have:
- Hospital bills;
- Couldn't work for three days, with major headache;
- Damaged road bicycle (bought it used, but it was a really nice one);
- A scar on my forehead that will last for a while, and I have to constantly care and clean.
I would like to know how to claim to his insurance, and what values to ask.
