Charges by energy corporation correct?
I was misled by DBG Energie and then my energy account was switched from Vattenfall to DBG Energie as a result of this misleading.
You can search DGB Energie on google to see that they misled many people in the way they did with me and they had to pay penalty fee for 400.000 EUR.
Now I terminated my contract with DGB to switch it back to Vattenfall. For this DGB Energie wants to charge the invoice of whole amount even though it was switched to DGB 5 days ago only and they also want to charge me the cancellation fee.
For the time being, i blocked their bank account number so that they cannot withdraw any money out of my bank account. But i need your legal advise for the rest.
