Can I trust this landlord?

Hello! It is my first time moving to Netherlands and I managed to secure a rental contract with a landlord. It is also my first time actually seeing a rental contract and I don't know whether it is legitimate and whether it carries any legislative power. Is this how a contract should look like? Shouldn't there be more personal informations about the landlord? Are there any hidden traps in its terms? Is it safe to sign this contract? If there is anyone willing to check that please contact me.
