I am currently working for a BV, and I have been asked to voluntarily resign and re-enter the employment of a newly established BV. This was proposed by the owner of the holding company in order to remain personally unaffected in the event of bankruptcy. Of course I understand his position, but what are the consequences for me. (Unemployment benefits, pension, etc.)

If you resign voluntarily, you also take the risk that if things don't go well with an employment contract at the new BV, you will not receive unemployment benefits.
