- Rechtswinkel.nl : Stichting Rechtswinkel.nl kvk 80016219, established in the Netherlands, hereinafter referred to as "the Foundation", offers an online platform for legal advice.
- User : Any person who visits the Rechtswinkel.nl website, uses the services offered or communicates with the Foundation in any way.
- Services : The legal services offered via Rechtswinkel.nl, including free legal questions, personal advice and dispute resolution via AI Arbitration.
- Agreement : The agreements between the User and the Foundation, which are concluded through the use of the Services.
Article 2 – Applicability
- These general terms and conditions apply to all services of the Foundation and all interactions between the Foundation and User.
- By using the website or services, the User agrees to these terms.
Article 3 – Services
- The Foundation offers the following services:
a. Free answers to short legal questions via AI chat tools.
b. Personal legal advice for more complex issues.
c. Dispute resolution through AI Arbitration or referral to specialized bodies. - The information and advice provided is based on the data provided by the User and is provided to the best of our ability.
- The Foundation is not responsible for any legal decisions that Users make based on the information provided.
Article 4 – Liability
- The Foundation makes every effort to provide accurate and up-to-date information, but makes no guarantees as to its completeness, accuracy or suitability for a specific purpose.
- The Foundation is not liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of the website, the Services or the information provided.
- The User is solely responsible for complying with any legal obligations and for taking further legal action if necessary.
Article 5 – Use of the Website
- It is not permitted to use the website or the services offered for illegal or harmful purposes.
- The User may not provide misleading, incorrect or incomplete information while using the Services.
Article 6 – Privacy and Data Protection
- The Foundation values the privacy of Users and processes personal data in accordance with applicable privacy legislation.

Article 8 – Applicable Law and Disputes
- These general terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law.
- Disputes are preferably resolved by mutual agreement. If necessary, the User can use the AI Arbitration service or be referred to a competent court in the Netherlands.
