Living in a service residence: What now?

Is living in an improper service home in conflict with the zoning plan? And if you rent a service home as a private individual, does this also fall under an improper service home?

If a home is designated as a 'service home' or 'company home' in the zoning plan, the home must also be used as such. It is then not permitted to use the home as a 'citizen home' (private home). The municipality may take enforcement action with a penalty payment if it discovers that the home is being used in violation of the zoning plan.
