Adjusting a parenting plan: What you need to know

Good morning, once a parenting plan has been drawn up and signed, how often can it be adjusted?

This may be adjusted as often as one deems desirable together. A parenting plan is nothing more than a family law agreement, so to speak a contract and in the Netherlands there is freedom of contract so you can freely make agreements about it.

The point is that I state that this happens jointly. So you can agree together. If one does not want to change, then the other will have to go to court to have the plan changed. So it is not just like that and it is also not that it actually means nothing. If both have signed, then it is legally valid.
