Help with co-parenting and alimony

I got divorced in 2008. We have joint custody and two children are registered with me and one with him. I pay spousal and child support. He is now in financial trouble and I am considering having my son registered with me to keep him out of trouble. Is that possible? How do I arrange that?

This is possible, provided you do this in consultation with your ex. Without his cooperation this will not work, unless you request the judge to change the residence of the son.
