Legal Advice for Visitation Arrangements

My daughter no longer wants to go to her father. She is forced by the judge to have contact with the father. My daughter feels that she is not being listened to. We recently started (because we are forced) to have a contact arrangement with her father. Two appointments could not go ahead due to her father. He now comes up with a story that he is worried about his daughter, which is why he is requesting youth care. And this while he has thrown us out of our own home twice. That number of times he cheated on us. What advice can you give me.
