Money Recovery Assistance: Legal Advice
Questioner
Hello, I have lent money to a now long-term ex-girlfriend, we both signed a contract of a repayment agreement, I also have a bank transfer proof. The repayment agreement has unfortunately disappeared professionally. And unfortunately, the loaned amount has been refused for quite some time. Do I still have a chance of getting this loaned money back and how and when will I possibly have to deal with a limitation period. yours sincerely,Lawyer
If your ex-girlfriend denies that she borrowed money, then it is up to you to prove that you did lend money. I understand that the agreement is gone. A bank statement showing that you transferred money to your ex-girlfriend is insufficient. So you must have additional proof of the loan. If you do not have that, then I give you little chance of success in getting the loan back.Lawyer
I agree with Mr Martens. You can interrupt prescription by indicating this to the other party by registered letter.Neem de volgende stap
