Recovering wrongly debited lottery money

Good day, A Dutch lottery has wrongfully debited EUR 17.00 from a business account every month since April 2010. The lottery has indicated that my business account has been wrongfully linked to two tickets. That is why they have also deposited thirteen months back. I would like all the money back from the first month. What are my rights and how can I get back the wrongful collections from April 2010. Thank you in advance

I advise you to send a letter to the lottery because they have wrongly written off the tickets and you are then entitled to a refund for the entire period.

Good morning, Thank you very much for your quick reply They refuse to refund the rest of the money because they think they only have to do that for the last 13 months. I have contacted the lottery about this several times. What can I do now?

If you did not order any tickets, then you have paid without due cause. So they simply have to refund that amount. So I advise you to send them a letter anyway in which you point out that you have paid without due cause and that your claim has not yet expired and can therefore be reclaimed. In the letter you can also indicate that you will seek legal assistance if they do not refund.
