Through my site I sell online courses is the intention. I was wondering how it is with liability regarding the quality of the course.

In your agreement and/or general terms and conditions you can include a 3-fold exoneration (limitation of liability) and you can also state the source and degree of certainty of knowledge with an explanation on the site or in the teaching material. In this way you also reduce any liability. If desired, my office can prepare such texts for you, but this is not free.
