Signing a termination contract?

UWV has given my employer permission to dismiss me within the 2 year contract because my employer claimed that they have economic problems, but this is not true. They were eventually able to convince UWV that I should be dismissed even though I know that they are lying about everything. UWV has told them that if they need someone for my position within 26 weeks after the dismissal they must consider hiring me again otherwise I have the right to ask for my compensation or ask the court to overturn the dismissal. UWV made this decision on February 8, 2024 and my employer sent me a dismissal letter to sign on February 29, 2024 but on February 28, 2024 I saw an internal email of open vacancies in the company and my position was also advertised. Do I still have to sign the dismissal letter that my employer sent me after I saw that they ignored the UWV rules by advertising my positions after only 3 weeks of the UWV dismissal decision? If your employer has obtained a dismissal permit from the UWV, he can terminate the employment contract without you having to sign for it.
