I had permanent eyeliner put on at a recognized beauty salon. Half an hour of anesthesia. Showed exactly how I wanted. Okay, the woman got to work, it was painful and she pulled on all sides. It was quite clumsy. When it was done I had very swollen red eyes and a big black dot in the corner of one eye. She said that would go away. After 3 months it didn't go away. I looked on her site and it says specialist in removing pmu. Normally 40 euros for 15 minutes. I only had to pay for the needle. She could go over it with special stuff so that it went away. The whole skin was swollen and open again. After a week the scab would fall off and be gone after 3 months. Unfortunately. No difference. She said 'I'll do it again 1x'. Skin opened, more devices and white stuff over it. It bled a lot. Swollen eye again and after 3 months it would be really good now. Another 3 months later. Black spot in the corner of the eye not gone and 1 free scar in its place. I contacted her and she said she wanted to do it for the 3rd time. I have no confidence in it anymore. I contacted very well-known doctors who say it is too deep and the only solution is laser removal, but because it is very close to the eye it is very dangerous and there is a chance of blindness. It is very expensive because a cap specially made for my eye has to be placed. That is placed in my eye and then the laser can laser it away in one go. Cost almost 500 euros! There are only 2 doctors in the Netherlands who do it. But I would rather not. On the one hand I want it removed but there is a chance of blindness. There is absolutely no other option than to remove it. I am now left with a permanent black dot with a scar in the corner of my eye! The woman responds very bluntly and curtly to the app back. I would prefer my money back and possible compensation. But how can I get that done? She is not really cooperating. And unfortunately I cannot afford a lawyer. For me it is a lifelong cosmetic error with my eye. Lasering can but can also go wrong. If the cap shifts just a little, it is very risky. Can I demand something from her myself?
