Two children aged 5 and 8 must leave the Netherlands with their mother after the mother's application for asylum was rejected by the highest court. It could not/insufficiently be demonstrated that they would be in danger if they returned to Morocco. However, the mother fears the death of her and her children and/or separation from them. Although the judge has conducted an investigation, this ruling is detrimental to the development of the children and their future prospects.
