Homeowners' association refuses access to parking space?

Income too high for free help. I am 77 years old and want legal aid for the first time. I think I need a lawyer but how do I find the right lawyer? I live in a complex with the VvE. I do nothing in the management of it - which the VvE management considers wrong - but I do regularly do something for the VvE, the residential buildings. Now the VvE refuses to give me a new transmitter (the old one is expired) to open the underground garage door. So now I can NOT rent out my garage space, sell it separately or sell my apartment including garage space. I do pay monthly service costs for the parking space.
